What We Collect

FounderBuilt collects tool submissions, founder profile details, contact email addresses, account sign-in information, profile media, outbound click events, profile views, and anonymous love/reaction events.

How We Use Data

We use this data to review submissions, publish tool profiles, help founders manage their listings, rank tools by engagement, prevent abuse, improve the product, and provide basic analytics.

Analytics

FounderBuilt tracks product analytics such as page views, profile views, loves, and outbound clicks. These metrics help us understand what people discover and help founders see how their profiles perform.

Cookies

FounderBuilt uses essential browser storage for login, security, consent preferences, and product interactions. Optional analytics are controlled by the cookie banner. Read the Cookie Policy.

Payments

Paid placements and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. FounderBuilt stores payment status and Stripe identifiers needed to activate or cancel paid features, but does not store full card details.

Deleting Your Account

Founders can request account deletion from the founder dashboard. Deleting an account removes the authentication account and detaches ownership from managed tools. Published directory listings may remain visible unless separately removed for legal, privacy, or moderation reasons.
