Yoga and Pilates studio owners rarely lose money in the room. They lose it in the inbox: the enquiry that arrives at nine in the evening while you are teaching, the class that half fills because nobody answered, and the member who quietly stops coming without ever saying why.

Studio software in 2026 has moved on exactly that surface. The AI worth paying for does one of two jobs. It answers: chat, SMS or voice agents that handle bookings and routine questions. Or it reads: an assistant sitting on your attendance, billing and retention data that tells you which members are drifting.

Below are nine platforms for yoga, Pilates and boutique studios, with the prices each vendor publishes and the AI each names on its own site.

What Counts as Real AI in Studio Software

A feature labelled "AI-powered" that neither answers a customer nor reads your data is usually plain automation with a new name. Plenty of platforms sell appointment reminders and autoresponders that way. Both are useful; neither is what this category means by AI.

This market bills AI in three very different ways: bundled into every plan, gated to a higher tier, or sold as a separate line item that can rival the subscription itself.

1. Momence — the AI inbox that answers while you teach

Momence runs booking, payments, memberships, a branded app and marketing for yoga, Pilates, dance and boutique fitness studios. Its AI sits in the customer engagement layer.

The Momence AI Inbox Agent handles routine conversations and requests, so your business keeps moving while you teach, lead your team, or step away.

Why it made the list: the clearest description of what an AI front desk does in a studio. Pricing is quote-only.

2. Arketa — AI on the front desk, priced for a solo teacher

Arketa covers scheduling, memberships, payments, payroll and a branded website and app for Pilates, yoga and Lagree studios. Its AI is pointed at three places: chat and phone lines, marketing, and lead follow-up.

Its own summary is unusually direct: the company automates everything but the magic in the room, putting AI on your front desk, marketing and leads so more of what you earn stays yours.

Pricing is split. The Individual plan for a solo instructor is published at $49 per month billed annually, with a 3% transaction fee. Studio Core, Growth and Suite are quote-only.

Why it made the list: the rare platform that publishes a number for a one-person studio.

3. WellnessLiving — two named agents on a published price list

WellnessLiving is an all-in-one platform for gyms, yoga and Pilates studios and spas: classes, appointments, memberships, marketing and reporting. It ships two named agents.

CAASI is a 24/7 front desk sales agent — an AI front desk agent that “engages leads, books clients, and never misses a sales opportunity”. ISAAC is the business intelligence agent, turning your attendance and revenue data into plain answers. Both are described on wellnessliving.com with no beta label.

This is the most complete price list in the group: Starter $69, Business $199 and BusinessPro $349 per month, or $62, $179 and $314 on annual billing. The page also runs a steep limited promotion, so read the standing price rather than the banner.

Why it made the list: agents, prices and no sales call required before you know the cost.

4. Walla — AI retention intelligence bundled on every plan

Walla is boutique studio software for yoga, Pilates, Lagree, barre and cycling studios, mostly single locations that want the booking app to look like theirs. Its AI aims at the quieter problem: members who leave.

WallaPredict, its AI retention layer, is described as included on every plan at no extra charge. It watches behaviour and flags members at risk of cancelling before they do.

Published pricing starts at $299 per location per month billed monthly — the only vendor here that gives the AI away rather than selling it back as an add-on.

Why it made the list: a published price with no AI upcharge — the honest counter-example to AI-as-upsell.

5. Bsport — churn scoring and campaigns from one prompt

Bsport is an all-in-one platform for Pilates, yoga, dance, spinning, boxing, HIIT and boutique fitness, strongest at multi-site chains. The AI covers both jobs: an AI Front Desk for member requests, and analytics that look forward.

The platform spots churn risks early and gives recommendations to improve retention, alongside revenue forecasts and pricing suggestions. A separate feature builds a full marketing campaign from a single prompt and follows up automatically.

Bsport publishes no price — the pricing route asks you to get a quote. Ask two specific questions on that call: which tier includes AI Front Desk, and whether revenue forecasting is an add-on.

Why it made the list: genuine predictive AI, but you will not know the cost until you ask.

6. FitGrid — Amina, an advisor that reads your bookings

FitGrid is not a booking system. It layers AI intelligence on top of the platform you already run — Mindbody, Mariana Tek or ClubReady — reading booking and attendance patterns across thousands of studios to benchmark yours against the market.

Its agent is named: Amina, FitGrid's AI-powered advisor and business growth strategist. The point is the comparison data, which no single studio can produce on its own.

There is no public price — the pricing route returns a page-not-found. Budget FitGrid as a bolt-on alongside your existing subscription.

Why it made the list: worth knowing before you switch platforms for AI you could buy next to one.

Platforms That Publish a Price but Ship No AI

Three well-known studio platforms publish real numbers and name no AI feature on their own sites. That makes them useful baselines: if your problem is booking and payments rather than answering the phone, you do not need an assistant.

Punchpass is the budget option for class-based studios at $59, $99 or $149 per month, or $623, $1,045 and $1,574 billed annually. OfferingTree, which leads with websites for wellness teachers, starts at $26 per month for a solo practitioner and $100 for a studio, and names no AI feature either.

Fitli is the third: SOLO at $49, GROW at $89, EXPAND at $109 and ENTERPRISE at $149 per month, with two months free on annual billing. AI appears in Fitli's blog posts, not in its product pages or plan comparison, so treat it as automation rather than an assistant.

Three Pricing Shapes, Three Different Risks

The nine platforms above bill in three incompatible ways. Walla charges per location. WellnessLiving charges by tier. Arketa prices a solo instructor separately from a studio. Momence, Bsport and FitGrid publish nothing at all.

Each shape punishes a different business. A studio with 400 members and two staff members can be priced out of a tier built for twenty staff. A four-location chain pays four times a per-location fee. And a quote-only vendor is not necessarily expensive — it means the price depends on your size.

How to Choose Without Sitting Through Five Demos

Start by naming which of the two AI jobs you lose money on. If enquiries go unanswered while you teach, you need the answering layer: Momence, WellnessLiving's CAASI, Bsport's AI Front Desk or Arketa. If the problem is silent attrition, the reading layer pays — WallaPredict, Bsport's churn scores or FitGrid's Amina.

Then ask three questions on every call. Is the AI included in this price or billed separately? What changes in my bill if I switch it off? And what does this cost at my member count and location count twelve months from now? Those three answers separate the platforms faster than any feature list.

Finally, watch the trial terms and the implementation fee. A free month is not a saving if setup takes three months of your time, and a migration charge can exceed a year of the subscription difference.

The Honest Takeaway

The AI in studio software in 2026 is real but narrow. It answers the phone, books the class and tells you who is drifting. None of these platforms runs your studio, and the ones with the loudest AI copy are not always the ones with the best price transparency.

If you want a published price before you talk to anyone, WellnessLiving is the most complete at $62 to $314 per month on annual billing, and Walla is the clearest per-location figure at $299. If your studio is small enough that AI is a nice-to-have, Punchpass, OfferingTree and Fitli do the booking and payment work for far less. And if you already run a booking system you like, the cheapest realistic route to AI might be a layer on top — see our roundup of AI tools for gyms and fitness studios for the platform-side view of the same market.
